Summary: Nice property and room, clean and quiet with a comfortable bed and pillows. We stayed for one night and didn't need assistance, but it's clear that there are no owners/employees on site for days at a time. On arrival we rescued 4 large Amazon packages that were sitting outside the front entrance getting soaked by pouring rain, and when we left the following day they were all still sitting inside the entry where we put them. So be aware that you're on your own here.

Summary: The Howard was the perfect hotel from which to explore the HRV. And it was the perfect spot in Hudson. Room was perfect-clean, spacious, well and tastefully appointed. And quiet. Parking and access was easy. We look forward to future stays.

Summary: Excellent customer service! I needed to change the date of my stay and so appreciated the ease at which I was helped. I even got a room upgrade at no extra charge!

Summary: Room was ready and cool upon arrival. Elegantly minimal and nicely furnished. Decorated with tasteful art and easily accessed using the instructions provided by email. Located in the heart of of vibrant Warren Street where the restaurants, cafes and galleries are located.
